Is your Mod Podge tool (roller) as dirty as mine is?
I'm a messy Mod Podge-er so I tend to get extra Mod Podge all over my roller.
This messiness has made using Mod Podge really difficult.
Wrinkles, pulling up paper, dry/old Mod Podge on the surface.
Not good!
So where do I go when I need help with Mod Podge?
The wonderful Amy Anderson over at Mod Podge Rocks!
She recommended using PAM to remove the mess. Genius!
Here's What You Do:
1. Spray PAM directly onto roller.
2. Rub with dry handtowel.
Finish by wiping down with moist handtowel.
3. Viola! Good as new!
Happy Mod Podging!
Looking to use your freshly cleaned tool...
Yay! So glad that it worked! Thank you so much for the mention! xo
ReplyDeleteThank you for the tip but... what is PAM, is it some greasy spray? I usually clean mod podge with 96° alcohol.
ReplyDeleteThe Mod Podge on my roller was already dry by the time I got done using it. Not sure if the directions here are for Mod Podge before it has dried, but the PAM spray does not work at all on dry Mod Podge, I ended up soaking it in Dawn dish washing liquid, especially after the PAM spraying mistake and, along with some elbow grease, removed the dry Mod Podge like a price tag.
